I have a confession... I buy eyeliner all the time and I use none of it. I have a severe issue with applying eyeliner. I always end up with shaky lines that are uneven and unnatural looking. This brand new eyeliner will be launching in July! Yes I will be buying it, and yes I do have high hopes that this will help me finally apply eyeliner.
